Hi, I’m Gok, the head coach/founder at Gokay Fitness!

My PT team and I are on a mission to make Dulwich fit, healthy, and connected.

 

Our goal isn’t just about getting you into shape – it’s about creating a safe, positive, and motivating environment where you feel supported every step of the way.

 

In today’s world, where everyone’s got their earphones in and their eyes on their screens, we’ve lost that sense of community. But I believe it’s key to a happy life – knowing you belong, being heard, and sharing experiences with others.

That’s why I’ve created our Small Group Personal Training Sessions.

​Here, you’re not just working out; you’re building connections, motivating each other, having a laugh, sweating it out, and leaving every session feeling proud.

 

We’re more than a gym – we’re a fitness hub, a community, and we’d love you to be part of it.

What is it?

Our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions give you the best of both worlds – personalised coaching in a small group setting, without the high cost of one-on-one sessions.

 

With up to four people per session, Gok's PT team will make sure you get the guidance and attention needed to help you hit your fitness goals

Why do you need it?

Consistency is the cornerstone of any successful fitness journey. Just like learning a new language, sporadic efforts yield minimal results. Our SGPT Sessions are designed to offer you a structured, supportive and affordable path to your fitness goals.

By reducing the cost compared to our regular 1:1 PT sessions while providing extensive support and coaching, we aim to remove common barriers that prevent people from comminiting to regular fitness routines. Our semi-private training sessions deliver exceptional value, offering the guidance you need without compromising on quality.

Small Group Personal Training Packages

COMMITTED OPTIONS

  • Once a week: £199/month
    (Includes 5 SGPT credits per month, to be used by the end of the month.)

  • Twice a week: £299/month
    (Includes 9 SGPT credits per month, to be used by the end of the month.)

  • Three times a week: £399/month
    (Includes 13 SGPT credits per month, to be used by the end of the month.)

FLEXIBLE OPTIONS

  • Once a week - Flex: £229/month
    (Includes 5 SGPT credits per month + 1 bonus group class pass, valid for 3 months. Active membership required.)

  • Twice a week - Flex: £329/month
    (Includes 9 SGPT credits per month + 1 bonus group class pass, valid for 3 months. Active membership required.)

  • Three times a week - Flex: £429/month
    (Includes 13 SGPT credits per month + 1 bonus group class pass, valid for 3 months. Active membership required.)
